March 5, 2009 Dear Parents, Thank you for taking the time to observe your child’s dance class this week.  This is a wonderful opportunity to see the growth and progress your child has made thus far in dance.  Your support really does make the difference!

Also, Pre-Ballet / Tap dancers (Wed. 5:00pm) are asked to please bring a baby doll or stuffed animal to class starting next week. We will be using these for a special dance! InformanceOur Dance Informance is scheduled for June 14th at 2:30pm (dress rehearsal is June 13th at 10:30am). We will be exploring dances and movement sequences that will be incorporated into our June show this month. Costumes will be sent home next month. More information pertaining to this event will be discussed in next month’s newsletter.    Dance Story CD’sOver the past year I have written several dance stories for children ages 3-9.  These stories are all set to music incorporating the movements of the Braindance, thus being educational as well as fun.  Several of the stories I have used in class and my newest D.B. the Dragon and the Purple Scarf will be performed in our June Informance by several classes. The CD with four dance stories and written words will be available for purchase next month. Please contact me to purchase your copy for $14.99.  This is a great creative outlet for all children.                                                                   SUMMER FUN!Information about Dance from the Heart’s Summer Dance Adventures will be handed out next week!
